Signing up and logging into an account
How do I log into my Meals and More account?
Click on the user icon located at the top right corner of the homepage. On the login screen, enter the email and password that were sent to you in the welcome email.
I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do?
Ensure that you are entering the correct email and password provided in the welcome email. Check your internet connection. If you are still unable to log in, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
How do I change my password?
Log into your account.
Go to your account settings by clicking on the user icon and selecting "My Account". On the My Account screen select Account Details.
Enter your current password and your new password.
Select, the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
What if my email is wrong?
Log into your account.
Go to your account settings by clicking on the user icon and selecting "My Account". On the My Account screen select Account Details.
Change your email address to the desired email.
Select, the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
